Due to overload of work flow, my old system (P4 3GHz, 2GB RAM) can't cope with what I needed. The system is running slow and it slows down my work. Finally decided to bring forward my plan again, "UPGRADE SYSTEM" which was schedule to be done in year 2009. Without hesitation, bought a new motherboard, 4GB of RAM, Intel Core 2 Quad 2.83GHz processor and assemble it on my own. Upgrading system is not as easy as it seems. From formating to installing operating system, installing software programs and to restore settings. All this took me a day time.

All hard work are not put to waste as the difference is real obvious. Programs respond very much faster. Comparing the previous system, compiling a slide show into DVD took 12 minutes, with this new system, it took only 2 minutes.
